If we need to cancel your tour due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, you’ll have the choice to:
- Reschedule to another available date
- Receive a full refund
Our tours run rain or shine! Light tropical rain is all part of the fun. If the weather is safe for driving and outdoor activities, we go. In cases of dangerous storms or unsafe road conditions, we may cancel for safety reasons—we’ll always keep you informed and offer options.
Some tours require a minimum number of guests to operate. If your selected tour does not meet the minimum, we will reach out to reschedule or offer a full refund.
Drivers are responsible for operating the Jeep safely. Any damage caused due to reckless behavior, off-trail driving, or neglect may result in a charge to cover repairs. A valid credit card may be required at check-in for this purpose.
We understand things happen, but please be ready at your hotel or meeting point on time. We allow a 15-minute grace period, but late arrivals may miss the tour with no refund depending on the schedule
This is an active, outdoor experience with bumpy roads, off-road driving, and optional ziplining. Guests should be in good health and able to get in and out of the Jeep. If you have any medical concerns, please reach out before booking.
For the safety of everyone on the tour, no alcohol or drug use is permitted before or during the tour. If a guest appears under the influence, we reserve the right to refuse participation without refund.
While we strive to make our tours inclusive, this experience involves rugged terrain and may not be fully accessible to those with limited mobility. Please contact us ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
